come join us in our quilting adventure!

Joplin Area Town and Country Quilters

The Town and Country Quilters of Joplin, Missouri, was established in 1985. Our purpose is to promote the art and craft of patchwork and quilting. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the craft, from beginner to the professional. Annual dues are $20.00. We invite you to visit our general monthly meetings at Peace Lutheran Church on North St. Louis in Joplin Missouri. We meet the 3rd Tuesday every month at noon for a pot luck luncheon. An educational program, show and tell,  and a business meeting start at 1 p.m. You will be a part of a great group of people who share the same interest as you.

Our Next Meeting

The new location is Peace Lutheran Church.  The address is 3100 N. St. Louis Ave. Joplin MO 64801

The December 18th guild meeting is unlike any other during the year. There will not be an educational lecture or program this month.

The noon luncheon will feature turkey and brisket catered from Butchers Block, and desserts and main dishes supplied by the board and committee chairs.  The membership will bring covered dishes to add to our feast.

Following the luncheon, we will continue celebrating with entertainment provided by the barbershop quartet F.O.G.,  then the installation of new officers and committee chairs; revealing Secret Pals and drawing new ones for 2019;  and concluding with the presentation of the 2018 Golden Thimble Award.

We're excited for our end of year program and fellowship, and look forward to seeing you there!
